These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ct777i online sports betting and casino entertainment platform, accessible at ct777i.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service"). ct777i is operated by its licensed entity ("Operator", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the ct777i Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on ct777i, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are registering and acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the ct777i Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of the Operator, or any affiliate or technology provider associated with ct777i.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, statute, or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify local legal requirements.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any gambling service in a manner that would prohibit your current access.
• You are using your own lawfully held funds for any deposits made to the Platform.

When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ct777i will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ct777i immediately via email at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

ct777i may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification at any time during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the ct777i cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment channels — including but not limited to local Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without notice and depends on technical availability and applicable terms from those providers.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ct777i does not charge deposit transaction fees as a platform policy; however, your payment provider may apply independent fees or currency conversion charges.
• Deposits are typically credited immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Delays attributable to third-party processing are outside ct777i's control.
• ct777i reserves the right to reject any deposit or reverse a transaction where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Until KYC is completed to ct777i's satisfaction, withdrawal functionality will be restricted. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification documentation.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes published in the cashier help section. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing windows.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per time period are specified in the cashier.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money funds that meet the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• ct777i reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to approving large withdrawals, which may extend processing timelines.
• If an Account is closed, suspended, or self-excluded, pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable policy.

ct777i may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ct777i promotions include:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window; bonuses and any associated winnings expire upon the deadline if requirements are not fulfilled.
• ct777i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted by eligible users.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless promotion-specific terms specify otherwise.
• ct777i may decline to credit a bonus or withdraw an offer if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil requirements, or coordinated multi-account activity.
• Any amounts credited as a result of a technical error will not be honoured and may be reclaimed from your Account.

ct777i publishes sport-specific and market-specific betting rules which apply to all wagers placed on the Platform. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• All bets are accepted subject to the stated odds at the time of placement. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets unless an obvious error has occurred.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, ct777i reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have been confirmed. Users will be notified of any such void.
• ct777i may impose maximum stake limits per market, per user, or per event at its discretion, particularly in relation to professional or high-frequency bettors.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. Acceptance of in-play bets may be subject to delays to account for data feed latency. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided.
• Results are determined by official sources for the relevant sport or competition. For Pakistan cricket, PSL, and ICC tournament markets, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or relevant governing body's official result is used. ct777i has no affiliation with these bodies.
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to the sport and market type will apply as published in the relevant sport rules section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct777i Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or facilitating registration on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing Platform policies.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or malfunctions in Platform software to derive undue advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of insider activity related to betting markets.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.
• Chargeback abuse — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider to recover funds already wagered on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your location through a VPN or similar tool.

All content on the ct777i Platform — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, code, trademarks, logos, game content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the Operator's express written permission.

Any use of ct777i trademarks, brand names, or Platform content outside of these permitted personal uses — including for commercial purposes, aggregation, or data scraping — is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct777i and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

ct777i's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct777i does not warrant or guarantee:

• That the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.
• That any particular bet, game outcome, or return will be achieved by a User.
• That the Platform meets any specific requirements or expectations of the User beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ct777i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable platform policy.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Withdrawal of a User's right to access the Platform under applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• A User's request for self-exclusion or responsible-gambling intervention.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ct777i support. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to you subject to outstanding wagering requirements, pending verification, and deduction of any amounts owed to the Operator. Bonus funds not subject to a withdrawable balance will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Operator holds its applicable gaming license, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles.

In the event of a dispute arising between a User and ct777i, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be referred to the Operator's applicable dispute resolution process as described in the licensing jurisdiction's requirements.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. Pakistani users are reminded that local courts may assert jurisdiction over consumer-related disputes regardless of choice-of-law provisions.

ct777i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address, though we are not obligated to provide notice for minor or administrative changes.

The version of the Terms published on the Platform at the time of your use shall govern that use. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
